Caster FS is the standalone Caster OS mini app for media upload, media read, QStorage object storage, guarded legacy object fallback, Postgres media fallback, media repair, content addressing, remote media policy, API reference, QStorage, event log, and rollback evidence. This fallback is live for navigation and verification only. File uploads, object writes, repair runs, wallet actions, rate-limit mutation, production datastore mutation, QStorage writes, event-log appends, rollback, and public announcements stay blocked_external until deterministic evidence passes.
